As the temperatures are rising so should your daily water intake.\u00a0 It is always important to drink lots of water but even more so\u00a0now that the Texas summer weather is here.<\/h2>\n

How much water should you drink daily?<\/h4>\n

This is always a fun question as there really is no right answer!\u00a0 There are many factors that go into how much water you need like climate, how much you are exercising, how much you sweat, and so on.\u00a0 So really there is no general rule, but a good number to shoot for is 64 ounces.\u00a0 That is the 8×8 rule.\u00a0 8, 8-ounce glasses a day.\u00a0 That is at least a good start for most people.<\/p>\n
